Desire by Dilly Dally is an electrifying album that showcases the band's raw and unapologetic sound. From the first track, "I Feel Free," the band's intense guitar riffs and lead singer Katie Monks' powerful vocals immediately draw the listener in.
The album is filled with heavy, grungy tracks like "Doom" and "Bad Biology," but also has moments of vulnerability in songs like "Marijuana" and "Believe." Monks' lyrics are honest and introspective, exploring themes of love, loss, and self-discovery.
One standout track is "Sober Motel," which starts off slow and haunting before building to an explosive chorus. The band's chemistry is evident in this song, as well as throughout the entire album.
